A fine gold decorated wootz priming flask. Sharply angled wootz body with a steel top. S-form sprung release dispensing catch finely decorated with panels of scrolling foliage and geometric designs in gold koftgari. Original leather straps. Spring in working order.
A similar one is on display at the Royal Armouries in Leeds, XXVIF.95.
