Socket bayonet for use with the 7.62 mm. M1891 Mosin-Nagant rifle. The M1891 was the Russian mainstay during the First World War and the Revolution of 1917.
Although the M1891/30 had superseded the M1891 by the time Russia entered the Second World War, the M1891 was widely used during the Second World War as well.

From 1915–1917, M1891 socket bayonets were also produced in the USA by Remington Arms Co. in Bridgeport, Connecticut.

Russia did not supply a scabbard, preferring that soldiers keep the bayonet fixed all of the time.

This is the rarer and more desirable M1891 bayonet, as opposed to the common M1891/30. The M1891 has a locking ring to secure the bayonet in place, rather than the press stud of the M1891/30.

These 5 can be shipped worldwide. There are more available wholesale in large quantities, but within the EU. Please contact me for details.
