Ligurian Dagger

An interesting Ligurian dagger depicting a woman, possibly Mary, mother of Jesus.

The dagger has been mounted to a spear shaft, of which the top part remains.

These daggers were produced in Italy, Sardinia and Spain from the late 17th to the 18th century.
