British P1796 Heavy Cavalry Sabre by Hadley, Birmingham.

An iconic Napoleonic era sabre, which has most likely seen service during the Peninsular War (1808 - 1814).

The blade is in excellent condition, and shows a Tower inspection mark. 

The grip has been restored. Both langets are still present. Hatchet point and guard also intact.
